Skin Care with Essential Oils
The Goddess Blend Facial
Skin care doesn’t have to be complicated. Simple, natural blends can make a real difference. This facial treatment is easy to use and fits into everyday routines. Many people notice softer, smoother skin after just one use.
This is a fast and affordable at-home facial. Helichrysum is the key oil. Its name comes from the Greek phrase “gold of the sun.” It is known for supporting skin repair. It is also considered a powerful anti-aging oil.
Helichrysum may seem expensive at around $30 per bottle. One bottle provides about 250 uses. That brings the cost to roughly twelve cents per application.
Test for skin sensitivity before use. Mix one drop with a teaspoon of carrier oil. Apply it inside the elbow. Wait 24 hours. Do not use if redness, irritation, or rash appears. Always dilute essential oils. Use a carrier oil like coconut, jojoba, or grapeseed.
Ensure that you understand how to use, store, and safety of essential oils before you begin.
The Goddess Blend Ingredients & Directions
1 tsp organic fractionated coconut oil (this is your carrier oil)
1 drop helichrysum essential oil
Mix the oil in the palm of your hand. Gently apply it over the face. Avoid the eyes and lips. Use any remaining oil on the neck and décolletage.
Eyes: If you get essential oils in your eye(s), quickly flush the eye(s) with milk or cream until the burning stops. Once the burning has subsided, wash the eyes with fresh water to remove the milk.

Daily Beauty Serum
Skin care serums are now a staple in many skincare routines. They add an extra layer of protection against environmental pollutants and help boost moisture. Most serums also target specific skin concerns, such as signs of aging, breakouts, or sensitivity.
This blend can be used morning and night. Some people find they don’t need a traditional moisturizer at night. In the morning, sunscreen should always be applied afterward. Remember, skipping sunblock can cancel out much of the benefit of a skincare routine.
1 oz dark glass bottle with a lid, stopper, or dropper
7/8 oz apricot kernel oil or carrot seed oil (this is your carrier oil)
1 drop frankincense essential oil
2 drops lavender essential oil
1 drop each of pink grapefruit, helichrysum, and vetiver
Place the drops of essential oil at the bottom of your bottle. Fill the remaining space with your carrier oil and shake (make sure you shake the bottle every time you use it). Gently blend two drops at a time over your face. Once applied, allow to absorb for about five minutes.
Suggestions while waiting: high-five yourself in the mirror and tell yourself how wonderful you are, do 100 squats for an awesome butt, or dance to your favorite song. Then apply your regular moisturizer and sunblock.
Storage: 1 year if refrigerated.

I am Beautiful Face Cream
During the menopause transition, skin conditions become more prevalent. If dry skin is your enemy and needs extra TLC, this cream is your answer. Feel free to use it on your elbows too!
2 oz dark glass jar
50 ml or 1.75 oz base cream. You can use your current moisturizer or shea butter
2 drops ylang-ylang essential oil
3 drops geranium essential oil
3 drops neroli essential oil
2 drops yarrow essential oil
2 drops rose essential oil
3 drops orange essential oil
Place the drops of essential oil in your glass jar, followed by the cream or lotion of your choice. Stir for at least a minute to blend well. Apply as you would your regular moisturizer. If you are headed out, wait a minute and apply your sunblock. Grab your favorite book and a cup of tea, and relax if you are staying in.
Note: You should not combine The Daily Serum with The I am Beautiful Face Cream. It is overkill and may make your makeup runny.
Storage: 1 year if refrigerated.
