Personal Path Coaching is a fully private coaching experience. This program was created for those who want individualized guidance, focused attention, and a confidential setting to navigate menopause with clarity, confidence, and intention.

There’s no group dynamic here—just you and your coach, working together on what matters most in your life, at your pace.

This program empowers you to take charge of your transition by leveraging your unique strengths, lived experience, and personal goals—without comparison, pressure, or distraction.

Start with Two Complimentary Sessions

To make sure this coaching style is the right fit, you’ll begin with two free 60-minute private coaching sessions, completed within your first month. This gives you the opportunity to experience coaching, build trust, and decide whether continuing feels aligned—no pressure, no obligation.

The Paid Personal Path Coaching Program

If you choose to continue, the paid program includes:

  • Ten 60-minute private coaching sessions completed over five months
  • A client-centered approach where you set your goals and guide the focus of each session
  • Ongoing support designed to help you create meaningful, lasting lifestyle changes

Three-Month Maintenance Plan

After completing your coaching sessions, you’ll transition into a three-month maintenance phase, which includes:

  • Two 30-minute private check-in calls per month
  • Continued support to help you stay grounded, accountable, and confident as you integrate what you’ve learned
